A perfect example of classic Chardonnay. Full of bright, bold, ripe, tropical fruit flavored with vanilla and notes of green apple and spice. Taste its crisp acidity suppressed by a rich, vivid palate viscosity, providing all the finest characteristics of richness and elegance. Our 2005 estate fruit was delicately hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, barrel-fermented in fine-grain French oak casks, and left 9 months on the lees during the aging period. The wine was handled only minimally to ensure that each bottle captures every nuance of flavor and aroma.
