2003 POUR DEUX CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Rich, ripe and bold, our 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is a carefully composed blend of three separate clones of this classic varietal. Our hand-harvested grapes are vinified in small, open-top, punch-down fermentors to extract the grapes' finest qualities. The result? A wine that is brimming with black cherry and blackberry fruit notes, structured for the long haul with dense, rich tannins that perfectly complement the supple fruit components. An enormously appealing wine with solid strength of character, our Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect with grilled steaks or roasted lamb, and will be enhanced with additional cellaring.
